THE QUOTE
When you get your quote, please check your quotation carefully.
We do our best to ensure that the details of the design and scope of work are correct but we cannot accept responsibility for errors of misunderstanding once you have accepted the quote.
Please ask if you are unsure of any elements described in the quote.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date shown on the quotation.
The company reserves the right to pass on to the customer any changes in prices after execution of agreement which arise in circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
Any and all building permits, resource consents etc are the responsibility of the customer.
Customer to supply power and water at site for SABS use.

STANDING TIME
Once our contractors are on site, any delays caused by the customer may result in standing time of $45.00 +GST per man hour being charged as an extra.

VARIANCE OF SCOPE OF WORK
Any changes to detail or extent of work after the quotation has been accepted may result in additional charges.

GUARANTEE
The company warrants its work against faulty workmanship and further will subsequently conform with any description or spefications given to the customer provided that:

1. The customer gives the company notice of any defect within the 7 days of such a defect becoming apparent.

2. The customer has maintained and operated the goods in accordance with good industry practices and has complied with all specific recommendations of the company.

   Warranty on Heatoutdoors hardware – Baked enamel fireplace – 3 years (greater than 500m from coast) - Marine Grade stainless steel – 15 years

PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required prior to commencement of job. A further 40% is required at plastering stage of the job or agreed progress payment date, if any and the balance of payment strictly made within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
SABS reserves the right to charge interest on any amount remaining after the due date, at a rate of 2.5% per month or part thereof. Any expenses, disbursements, legal costs or other costs of recovery by SABS in the enforcement of any rights contained in these terms and conditions shall be paid by the client in addition to any outstanding fee.

OWNERSHIP
Ownership of goods supplied by the company shall not pass to the customer until the customer has paid all moneys to the company.
